1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Request Window
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

- Personalized or altered products
- Items returned without prior approval
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to check exchange availability.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect.
